Free trial
Every paid plan ships with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can use every feature included in your selected plan during the trial.
If you do not upgrade by the end of the trial, your workspace automatically moves to the Starter (free) tier. Your data and configuration are preserved.
Subscription billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis from the day you upgrade. Annual plans receive a 20% discount (selectable at checkout).
Payment methods
All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, via credit or debit card. Currency is auto-detected from your billing address.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we retry 3 times over 7 days. After 7 days of failed payments your workspace moves to read-only mode. Data is preserved for 30 days.
Refund eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- 14-day money-back guarantee — Cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund, for any reason. One-time per workspace.
- Annual plan refunds — Cancel mid-cycle and receive a prorated refund of the unused months, minus a 10% restocking fee.
- Service downtime — Scale plan customers receive SLA credits per the published 99.95% uptime guarantee.
- Duplicate charges — Refunded immediately on request.
Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable:
- Used message credits and WhatsApp Business API conversation fees (these are paid to Meta, not us)
- Add-on credits already consumed
- Monthly subscriptions past the 14-day window (you can cancel to stop future charges)
- Customisation, migration, and onboarding services already delivered
Prorated upgrades & downgrades
Upgrading mid-cycle: you are charged the prorated difference immediately and the new plan takes effect that day.
Downgrading mid-cycle: the new plan takes effect at the next renewal date. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current cycle.
Wallet credits
Pay-as-you-go message credits are added to your workspace wallet on purchase and consumed as you ship messages. Unused credits do not expire.
Refunds for unused wallet credits are available within 30 days of purchase, minus Paddle's payment processing fees.
How to request a refund
Email socialgeniex.official@gmail.com with:
- Your workspace name and account email
- The invoice number or charge date
- A brief reason (optional but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed within 5 business days. The credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
